Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled through no fault of our own.
However, if you need to postpone your wedding, we will happily transfer your deposit to a new date within 12 months of the original booking.
If we are able to rebook the same vehicle for the original date, any remaining balance will be refunded.
Cancellations made with at least one month’s notice may also be eligible for a balance refund, provided we can rebook the same vehicle for another wedding.
Please note that all refunds are issued at the discretion of Molly’s Classic Wedding Cars management.
We always aim to be transparent and reasonable, and we’re happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
A note about our vehicles
All our vehicles are over 48 years old, and while they are immaculately maintained, classic cars can occasionally experience mechanical issues beyond our control (though we’re proud to say it’s never happened). In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will do everything possible to provide a suitable alternative.
